    "content": "This Bill will work very well. It brings the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) into place. We have been saying all the time: “Give more funding to the office of the DPP.” Therefore, we must give him more work to do. This Bill also protects the beneficiaries in case of insolvency. Maybe, in the past, it looked basically at only the principal who was insured; but this one now looks at other beneficiaries."
