    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I rise to support the proposed amendments for several reasons. First and foremost, one of the objects of this Bill is to comply with the requirement that we free businesses so that East Africans can come to Kenya and invest in the insurance industry. Of course, our law as it is has been restricted to Kenyans. I think that is a very good idea for obvious reasons."
