    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, what happened at Westgate Mall has made some small-scale businessmen suffer. This is because there was no insurance cover for their businesses. So, their businesses have just gone down the drain just like that. Small- scale businessmen find it very expensive to insure their businesses. I agree with what was said, that we can lower insurance premiums so that such people can afford to insure their businesses and if something happens at least, they can also benefit. I think those are some of these things that I want to share with the House and ask the Committee to consider them."
