Deputy Speaker, the Speaker gave a Communication to the effect that Statements on matters of national agenda, like security and the rest, should be brought to the Floor of the House by either the Leader of the Majority Party or the Chairpersons of the respective Committees. However, contrary to that Communication, the Chairman of the Committee on Security and Administration has directed very many hon. Members to go and sort out their matters in the Committee sittings. So, I am seeking your intervention to cut this trend."
