    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, I asked the question on behalf of the family. Being a habitual drunkard and absconding duty does not make him a lesser Kenyan and his whereabouts any lesser important. I am not satisfied with the answer. I am reporting that somebody has disappeared and it is upon the Government to trace him and tell the family his whereabouts. He may even be dead when we are saying that he has been judged in absentia. When you judge him in absentia three or four times, the sixth sense should tell you that there could be something wrong. He is not at home nor is he at his place of work. Where could he be?"
