To be able to know who is speaking to this subject, would I kindly request you, if you had put your request before to release it so that the people appearing on the screen be those intending to speak to this subject. Assuming therefore that this is the list, I have about 12 requests and they will go strictly by the order in which they come. Hon. Members, you know that this is a subject we have canvassed in this House. The issue before us is just really to extend the period. Therefore, I will only take a few requests so that we are able to proceed with the Motions that are before us. According to my request list, I will take hon. Wanjiku Muhia, hon. Diriye Abdulahi Mohamed, hon. Cyprian Kubai Iringo, hon. Lisamula Silverse Anami and hon. Joseph M'eruaki M'uthari. I think we will take five hon. Members for the time being. Let us begin with hon.
