    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I want to thank the Mover of this Motion. This is a very important Motion for people who come from the pastoralist areas. We know that the KPRs are heroes in these areas. They are usually the first responders. They are the first point of call whenever there are these incidents and they perform exceptionally. They are heroes because they are the last men standing. Usually, when we have conflicts they are the first ones to come out. They are the ones who follow the livestock and guard our people. They have done a good job for our people. They are committed and dedicated.
