    "content": "We have talked about price controls in this country. We are now in a liberalised market, but we have to be realistic. I remember there was a time the price of maize was Kshs400 per bag during harvest time but the Government, in its wisdom, came up with the National Cereals and Produce Board (NCPB) to set the minimum price. This is how we can beat competition. This is how we can force manufacturers and middlemen to reward the producers; this country cannot actually prosper if we do not give incentives to the investors. Investors in this case are the farmers."
