    "content": "First, it is true that our elderly people are the poorest because we are in a society that is transiting from the old system to the new system. For many years, we have believed, as Africans and Kenyans, in taking care of the elderly. But with white collar jobs, it has not been possible for the elderly to receive any support from their children, leave alone their grandchildren. They cannot go back to take care of them like in the past. So, at this time, it is very important for the Government to take very serious recognition of the facts before us and actually contribute to the welfare of our elderly. So, I support this Motion. I also support that the elderly people in Kenya must be taken care of."
