I would like a response at one time before this Motion is passed because I believe it is going to be passed. I would like a response from the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Development. The Ministry should indicate to us what it entails, so that we do not do something that is not practical. We do not want to pass Motions that are not implemented, although the Implementation Committee is at hand to actually help us. My proposal is that if it is not possible to implement Kshs1,500 for over 65 year olds throughout the country, we implement a Kshs1,000 figure throughout the country. I would probably say it is"
