    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I also want to revisit what has been cited by other speakers about the Cash Transfer Fund to the Elderly Programme. In fact, in areas that are covered by this Fund, the program is rarely popular because the elderly know that at the end of the month, they will get something small to sustain themselves. It has already been said here that there are areas that have not benefitted from this Fund. There are many complaints and they consider it discriminatory because, at least, this is meant for all Kenyans. In pastoral areas where people depend on livestock for their livelihood and do not get any other income, they feel that they have been forgotten. So, I just want to add my voice to what has been said by other speakers that it is important that the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Development should roll out this programme to cover the entire country because this will not be taken over by the intention of this Motion. That is my recommendation."
