    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I am aware that there is rampant insecurity, especially, stock theft in Nyakach Constituency. This matter is urgent. I know it has been an issue for some time, but because of the normal bureaucracy that we must accept as Parliament, this question has to go to the Cabinet Secretary in charge of interior and national co-ordination and then of course it will be directed to the Inspector-General to respond. Hon. Speaker, I want to bring this Statement on Thursday next week."
