    "content": "60 years. They are really vulnerable at the moment. Some of them, who are over 60 years, are taking care of big families; grandsons and granddaughters who have been left behind due to HIV/AIDS scourge. I support the amendment. However, we need to increase the area. For instance, where I come from, we should cover the whole constituency. I do not see why some areas should be covered while others are not. With those few remarks, I second the amendment."
