Member of this House belittles the DC, the Deputy County Commissioner and the Superintendent of Police of Kyuso District; and worst of all, when he belittles Mulungu Mulatia, who was murdered in cold blood this morning by bandits who were carrying AK47 rifles. I know something about small arms and big arms. Those bandits had weapons. Whether they collected them on the roadside or bought them at a market, we would also like to walk that path and pick one, so that we can defend ourselves."
