    "content": "With regard to matters about business and Bills, if any Member has Bills that are pending, it is their legitimate right to write or even seek information relating to where those Bills are from either the Clerk’s office or the Speaker’s office. So that that information should be made available to the House Business Committee for onward transmission to the plenary in the usual way that we do, either by the Leader of the Majority Party or the Leader of the Minority Party. That is the tradition that has been put in the new Standing Orders."
