I would like to bring to the attention of the House that the Uwezo Fund was launched more than two weeks back, but our people cannot access those funds unless they have a certificate from the Social Services Department. So, whoever has gone to the Social Services Department for the last four to five months to get those certificates has not been given. So, what hon. Junet was talking about is true and I think somebody is sabotaging the fund and the House needs to look at it. If other Members could support me in this, I think we have a problem all over the country. If they do not want those Uwezo funds to be disbursed, I think there may be some conspiracy out there. So, the House should be seized of this matter. Thank you."
