    "content": "As I begin the debate on this Bill, I want to echo your comments in saying that, once again, it is very disturbing when we start a very serious agenda and we do not have a quorum. Maybe, there will be a big quorum in a Press conference tomorrow criticising what the House has passed. So, it is very unfortunate. I want to urge the Leader of the Majority Party to ensure that Members are present in the House when a very serious agenda like this one is being discussed."
