    "content": "Hon. Speaker, the Finance Bill as has been mentioned is a Bill that carries many small amendments to many Acts of Parliament especially those that are related to finance and taxation. We have looked at this present Bill in my committee and it has touched on quite a number of other Acts. One of them is the Customs and Excise Act, Cap 472. It has also touched a bit on the Income Tax Act, the Value Added Tax Act although my committee had a reservation on that which I think we will deal with in the Third Reading just because of the a procedure. The Banking Act, the Retirements Benefits Act No.3 of 1997, the East African Development Bank Act, Cap 493 and the Prevention of Terrorist Act No.30, 2012."
