    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, we enacted a VAT law the other day. Our procedures do not allow amendment to that law before the lapse of six months, unless we do something else. So, my committee was of the view that the amendments to the VAT Act have been overtaken by events. The amendments should have been brought before we passed the VAT Bill."
