Oburu and company, please resume your seats. The Division Bell having been rang I wish to bring to your attention that we will do electronic voting, because it is faster and for the convenience of the House. Those Members without their cards are advised to stand by the Civil Servants Benches on either side of the House and to record their voting with the Clerks after the electronic voting. Those who have their cards are advised to log in their cards in readiness for the vote. Those who do not have their cards should, as directed, stand by the Civil Servants Benches on either side of the House. I now wish to put the Question that hon. Washington Jakoyo Midiwo be named."
