"content": "I urge the House to support the amendments to the original Act so that the sector can be made more vibrant, it can be regulated properly and they are able to mobilize resources. I know many people have questions on what will happen when people default. I do not want to name names, but I have heard many people saying that they come and take cows and small properties. However, those are isolated cases. Overall, this is a sector that has grown and that continues to grow. This is a sector that has instilled some discipline to the banking sector because all the time we have been having the banks, some of them have become rogue and they are unable to provide services."
