Temporary Deputy Speaker, according to the developing world markets report it shows that the repayment rate for the microfinance institutions ranges around 97 per cent to 98 per cent. That is because of the favourable modalities used by the Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) to give loans and that anybody can access that. The MFIs have even gone beyond lending money in terms of the corporate social responsibilities. We have had children from poor families being given scholarships by these institutions. We have had women groups being trained on capacity building on financial management."
