    "content": "It is okay, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. As I said earlier on, the Microfinance Bill is very important. I support it because it will regulate the small institutions that should help other Kenyans to start business. As the Chair is aware, the biggest problem that Kenyans face at the moment is unemployment. Kenyans will start their own businesses once capital is available to them. These people would not wish to be employed by anybody. Instead they will become employers."
