    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we begin to see teething problems in the implementation of the new Constitution. We are likely to see a lot of this, and this is because of the hurried way in which the Constitution was passed without listening to dissenting voices, which requested that amendments were necessary on the draft before the Constitution was passed. Since it was passed, it must be accepted the way it is, unless an amendment is moved on the same Constitution. Always listen to Sen. (Dr.) Machage when he is talking to the nation; I said this and nobody listened!"
