    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I rise to seek your guidance on these Motions. I have noted that Sen. Wako took about six minutes to read the preamble to his Notice of Motion. The operational sentence of the Notice of his Motion is; “the Senate calls on the national Government to take immediate measures to set up a training institute or college to give necessary appropriate training to the personnel of county governments.” Tomorrow, we will get a Senator who will give us two pages of a preamble. Can we not have a simpler way of drafting Motions so that we save time for this Senate?"
