Contrary to what the Minister is alleging here that there are pending proceedings or the contempt proceedings were dismissed, I have documents with me which I will table as he has done this afternoon. I hope that after looking at them, he will be modest enough to answer this Question which really tests the Government to the rule of law; that is, whether under this new dispensation, this Government is committed to the rule of law and particularly to the protection of the landless and vulnerable members of the society."
