    "content": " Hon. Senators, we say many things and I know it is the right of every Senator to make a point of order if he or she wishes to do so. So, I will not stop you from doing so, but at the same time, it is imperative that we take into account the seriousness of the debate that is in front of us and the purpose for which we are Senators. So, the only thing that I would request is that as much as possible, taking into account our Standing Orders and how much leverage they allow us, let us observe absolute decorum and uphold the dignity of this House."
