"content": "would like us to proceed with Article 107, should you find it fit. Elect somebody to sit here as the Speaker for the 10, 20 or maybe 30 minutes for this session only. The election of such a person shall not constitute that person to be a Member of the Speaker’s Panel as contemplated whether by Article 107 or Standing Order No.18. So, that is the way I would like us to proceed. If you should find it fit, maybe we can have an election of somebody to be Speaker for the 10, 20 or 30 minutes that I propose to be out of the Chair."
