    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, given my very casual initial look at this document that the Minister has tabled, it has nothing to do with orders that have been granted and disobeyed. This is an application that specifically refers to it, because it refers to the ruling of Justice Nyamu. It is contempt proceedings and nothing to do with the determination of the issues. The cases were fully determined. They are not pending and what the Assistant Minister is referring to was an application for contempt of court proceedings, which has nothing to do with the Question that I have asked."
