"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, thank you very much. Roads of this nature are not only in Meru. We have roads which are taking too long to be completed. Some of them have even taken 20 years. I know you are aware that there is a road from Sagana-Kutus- Kerugoya-Karatina which has been under construction for the last three years. What happened is that culverts are put, and within a week, they are removed. They put soil in one patch and after a week, they remove it and put quarry waste. That is the practice and exercise for that road and many other roads. Can we urge the Ministry of Roads, through the Chief Whip, to make sure that once road construction is started, it is completed on schedule?"
