    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, pursuant to the provisions of S.O. No. 123, the Senate resolves that the publication period of the National Flag, Emblems and Names (Amendment) Bill, 2013, be reduced from fourteen days to thirteen days. Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Bill comes at a time when we know we have confusion in terms of protocol, when we know that within the Constitution we do not have some of the names we hear today. There is confusion, especially when you look at how the governors behave in the counties and the citizens are confused about what is happening. It is important that the Senate now puts things in order and assists the citizens to understand the respect that we have given to different emblems that we have in our Constitution and The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes only.
