    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker, for the opportunity to contribute to this very important Bill. I would like to begin by flagging off and highlighting one issue. I would like to inform my colleagues at the Senate that, indeed, our discussion and subsequent passage of this Bill is flagging ourselves to take on the most important journey and mandate of this House as bestowed upon us by the Constitution in Article 96.
