    "content": "Thank you very much, Madam Temporary Speaker. I rise to make my observations on the first ever Bill in this Senate. It is unfortunate that the first ever Bill being debated in the Senate is shrouded in controversies, including a case at the Supreme Court. Madam Temporary Speaker, before I make my observations, I want to take this opportunity to thank the teachers of this country for returning to the classrooms and enabling education activities to go on, thereby removing a burden from the Government so that we can concentrate on other activities.
