If you vote “yes” and you have a delegation from Homa Bay, it is assumed that you have discussed and you have agreed. So, the Standing Orders direct that all you need to say is “I vote yes.” It will be assumed that the delegation that you lead is with you and that they have agreed that you vote yes."
