    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am actually disturbed and, indeed, most Kenyans are when we hear that Kenyans are being attacked almost right, left and centre; we have the Merille attacking our Turkana people in the north, we have the Ugandans at Migingo Island and we have the Al-Shabaab in the Somalia area. I am wondering what the Government is doing to make sure that we are safe here because we think that we are not safe! Could the Prime Minister tell this House why the Government is not prepared to face this problem head on?"
