    "content": "I was there with hon. Orengo, ask him. I am not your age mate. Even Sen. Omar Hassan was there in Mageuzi. We used to advance the frontier of democracy on the streets using demonstrations and street language. However, now that we have got the new Constitution, the frontier of democracy in this country will be advanced through engagement of great minds. I am, therefore, very delighted that you have engaged your mind and I want to urge you, with tremendous respect, to the Speaker of the Lower House that you continue engaging as great minds. Remember one cardinal thing that any ruling you will be giving us is not meant to impress us; impress Kenyans, but to be done in the best interest of the law. Therefore, listening to a Speaker of the National Assembly speaking, I take it that he is speaking as the institution of the Office of the Speaker. So, this puts to question some of the experts we might have hired at various levels now that some rulings or directions from the Chair are wanting to that extent. I beg to request that we continue engaging."
