So, I will now put the Question so that we can go on Division. The reason for putting the Question is for expediency. There is an amendment to the amendment proposed in the Schedule. Therefore, we will not be able to proceed. It would be better to deal with the two situations. So, I will now put the Question which is that Clauses 3 be part of the Bill. So, I ask that the Division Bell be rung so that we go to the Division. Hon. Senators, let us take our seats and complete this Business. We still have Business after this.
