    "content": "Thank you Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I support this Motion fully and congratulate the Government for going beyond the 15 per cent as it is required. The allocation has been raised up to 32 per cent. I think this is a good start although I would wish that it was increased. My friend, Sen. Murkomen, hinted that this is a credit to the Jubilee Government because it goes with the manifesto of the Jubilee Government. I want to remind my friend that, in fact, it is the policy of the CORD Government in waiting."
