The Ministry of Finance is the custodian of revenue. The House is at liberty to engage the Controller and Auditor-General. What the hon. Member for Gwassi is asking is from the perspective of the Ministry of Finance. He says the Ministry of Finance has given two conflicting figures to this House. What is the explanation from the Ministry of Finance for this? Is he in order to avoid that question?"
