    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for this opportunity. I beg to give notice of the following Motion which is directed to the Ministry or Department of Transport and Infrastructure. The Notice of Motion reads as follows:- THAT, noting with concern the skewed infrastructural development in Kenya particularly in the road sector, aware that without suitable roads to connect all counties, the nation cannot meaningfully achieve the development goals envisaged in Vision 2030; noting further that in his Presidential Speech on the occasion of the State Opening of The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes only.
