But just before that, I want to take this opportunity to thank and congratulate Sen. Orengo for bringing the original Motion. This is a very, very good Motion; it is very important and I want to assure Sen. Orengo that if he had not brought this Motion now, in the next two or three weeks, I was coming up with a similar Motion. Therefore, I want to thank you and congratulate you for that. Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Motion as moved by Sen. Orengo is fantastic, but it has even been made better by the amendment that was moved by the good Professor, my friend and neighbour, Prof. Anyang’-Nyong’o.
