    "content": " Order, hon. Senators! Hon. Murkomen had hinted this to the Speaker. I, therefore, find the matter urgent, definite and of national importance. He has acquired more than the necessary number of Senators to support him. I, therefore, order that this matter is debated later today, any time from 5.00 pm or when the other matter - which I will put the question - is concluded. I say so because before I put the question for the amended Motion, we must remember this is a matter affecting counties. You know the procedure for this. I rule that the proposed amendment is affecting the counties and in accordance with Standing Orders Nos.69, 73 and 74, we will proceed to division and roll call voting before I put the question."
