    "content": "Thank you very much, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I rise to support the Motion. I belong to the pastoral community which has lagged behind in all aspects of life because the education system in Kenya did not favour them. About 95 per cent of the people in Tana River are pastoralists. They have lagged behind in all aspects of life due to illiteracy. There is need to share all aspects of development equally, including schools and universities. I support the Motion because it would favour us. We have been suffering for long."
