    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to use this opportunity to condole with the family, friends and relatives of Sen. Mutula Kilonzo and especially to pass the condolences on behalf of the people of Homa Bay to the people of Makueni for the loss and grief that they have been going through due to the loss of their Senator and representative. May I say that for the first I went to Mr. Mutula Kilonzo’s office when he was still beginning and his office was still a small one, the first thing I saw on his wall, that made me go closer to watch was his certificate from the University of East Africa where they were classmates with the former Attorney-General where he got a first class in law. I went closer because there are few lawyers who got first class those days. It was not only given to you because of good marks but also because of good conduct. He was not only brilliant but also a man of good conduct. That is why the University honoured him with that degree.
