    "content": "and yet, was simple and down to earth. He was a man who could not be manipulated easily because he believed in strong principles and ideals. I take this opportunity, on behalf of the members of my family and the people of Kisii County whom I represent here, to convey our condolences to the family and the entire people of Makueni whom he represented in this House. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I know that there is anxiety around the country because hon. Mutula was a great man in his own right. People want to know what happened. Therefore, I call upon all the medical professionals and security organs in the Government involved to carry out proper and effective investigations, so that people know the cause of the passing away of this great man. It is my prayer to the Almighty God to extend his grace to the family, particularly the children, and bless them abundantly. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I support."
