The formation of these Committees is important for the operations of the House and there have been consultations through the leadership of the House; the Senate Leader of Majority and the Senate Leader of Minority, the whips and the Rules and Business Committee. This is a true reflection of who should form the Committees as required under the Standing Orders. Just one little matter of detail, I was just wondering why the names are the way they are. Probably the Clerks would advise. When you have a name like Sen. Ntutu, Stephen ole, does this formulation really make sense? It should be Stephen ole Ntutu."
