Wetangula is making his Maiden Speech. Our Standing Orders do not allow a Senator to be interrupted at all when making his or her Maiden Speech. Therefore, are the Senators rising on points of order in order to interrupt Sen. Wetangula when he is making his Maiden Speech?"
