He said he will look at what his competitors were proposing in their manifestoes and what Vision 2030 says in order to initiate development projects in this country. Mr. Speaker, Sir, as I sit, I plead and ask Members of the Senate that it is time we looked at our counties. When you look at the Act that deals with devolution, you will see that roads now fall under the county governments. It is time we looked at how we will lobby to ensure that we have money that will take care of our roads from Lamu, Garissa, Mandera and many other counties. With those few remarks, I beg to support."
