    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am Liza Chelule, Nominated Senator from Nakuru County. I stand to support the President’s Speech. Before I do so, I want to thank my party for nominating me to this House. I want also to thank the people of Nakuru County for their prayers. I want to take this particular minute to support the Speech by the President simply because he talked about two main issues touching on women. This is about abolishing fees in dispensaries and maternity. I am saying this because many women have been suffering and others detained in hospitals because they have not been able to clear their bills. This has discouraged other women from going to the hospitals which leads to loss of babies at birth.
