    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am surprised that our colleagues on the other side are cheering the Chairperson of this Committee. I am very disappointed by this Statement. In the lines of what I said yesterday regarding the Isiolo Airport, there is total lack of seriousness and no political will in the implementation of this particular project. The road is only 8.5 kilometres long and it is taking five years. The Governor of Machakos did 33 kilometres in three months; that is, 11 kilometres per month. Why should the Government take five years to do 8.5 kilometres? That is why I am saying that they are not serious and there is no political will. They are even saying that there was lack of adequate budgetary allocation in the previous years. That is a clear demonstration of lack of seriousness."
